AI Engineering · Open to remote roles

Michael Marsack · AI EngineeringI build AI that people actually use.

Real-time voice, vision, video calls and agent memory, shipped end to end at a personal AI company. I obsess over the part people touch: how fast they hit the aha moment.

Act I · What I'm best at

Pick a skill. Watch it work.

Skill 1 of 4

Real-time AI

I built Haven Vision: the AI sees through your camera, talks with you live and remembers who you are. Then FaceTime-style calls and screen share, so it can walk you through a task on your own screen. My studio builds AI agents that take repetitive office work off people's plates.

Act II · Try it

Don't take my word for it. Run the numbers.

Three small, live models of how I think about growth. Change the inputs and watch what moves.

Click through both phones. The drop-off rate is an illustration, not a benchmark: I measure the real one before I start cutting.

Act III · My story

Competitor. Operator. Founder. Builder.

  1. Roots

    Raised to own the outcome

I grew up in a family of blue-collar business owners where the standard was simple: figure it out, or let me do it. It made me resourceful early, and it's still how I work. I take the problem, not just the task, and when something is beyond me, I learn it fast or call someone in my network who has already solved it.

  2. Competitor

    Division I track

Division I track is a sport where every rep is timed and every result is public. It taught me to train for the metric that matters and to stay accountable to it. If it's not hard, it's not worth doing.

  3. 2021 to 2023

    Operator

I came into technology through operations. At Word On The Block I went from Head of Operations to COO in nine months, then ran operations as fractional COO of Salesa AI, an AI outbound sales product.

  4. 2022 to now

    Founder

I founded Martech Studios and acquired a micro SaaS. I've closed $750K+ in sales personally and built the technology and marketing systems for companies that have raised $25M+ combined, across 50+ projects.

  5. 2026 to now

    Building personal AI

As Director of Growth Engineering at Hello Haven, a personal AI company valued at over $50 million, I own both sides of the business: real-time vision and calling in the product, and the growth engine that acquired 30,000+ users at under $30 each.

  6. Next

The interface that acts for you

Software is shifting from tools people operate to agents that act on their behalf. The companies that win will make that shift feel simple and trustworthy. That's the product problem I want to spend the next decade on.

Act V · How I work

How I work

  • The internet is learning to use itself

We used to use the internet. Now we ask it to do things for us. I want that interface as easy and habit-forming as Duolingo.

  • Less is more

Charles Perrow showed that complex, tightly coupled systems fail in ways nobody predicts. So I cut parts, steps, screens and data until nothing is left to confuse anyone.

  • Trust is the baseline

Security from day one. Measure twice, cut once.

  • Motion is a map

Depth and motion show people where to look and what to do next. Looking good is a side effect.

Act VI · What you get

What your team gets.

  • Real-time AI features

Voice, vision, video calls and agent memory. Shipped end to end.

  • Websites, apps and tools

Web, mobile and internal tools. Give me an afternoon and you'll have a working app.

  • Product updates on autopilot

Release notes and update posts that publish themselves the moment you ship.

  • Analytics people trust

First ad click to daily use, simple enough to act on.

Quick learner. Faster decision maker.

Finale · Let's talk

Got something hard? Let's build it.

I want a long run on a product that's hard and matters, with people who've stayed up until 2 a.m. on something because they couldn't put it down.

Open to remote roles in AI engineering, product engineering, growth and GTM engineering, product management, strategy and special projects.

P.S. Not hiring yet? Send it anyway. One line about the hardest product or growth problem on your plate gets you my honest take on how I'd attack it. No pitch attached.
