Live calls and screen share

Built as Director of Growth Engineering

Some help is easier to show than to say. I built FaceTime-style video calling and screen sharing so Haven can see what a user sees and guide them through a task, one step at a time, on their own screen.

What I did

  • Built live video calling between the user and the Haven agent.
  • Added screen sharing so the agent can follow along and give step-by-step guidance.
  • Shipped it as part of several dozen product features and dozens of UX improvements at Haven.
